Automotive motor rotor intelligent manufacturing line, mainly includes rotor preassembly, inductor cleaning, short cover pressing into place & long cover assembly & cover cleaning, long cover unloading & short cover, rotor cooling, rotor positioning & commutator assembly & commutator height measurement, tray unlocking & shaft end oiling & bearing assembly & bearing fixing combination design, The automatic assembly and detection of motor rotor assembly are realized.

2. Use automatic intelligence to complete all assembly work, the equipment has automatic self-check function, any abnormal equipment should be stopped, greatly reducing the work intensity and improving production efficiency.
