Automobile carpet heating forming production line is composed of loading platform (loading section), oil temperature machine heating (heating section), forming press (forming section), automatic unloading device (lower section), conveying clamping system and other auxiliary devices.

The heating section is heated by oil temperature machine, PID temperature control, providing stable, accurate and adjustable heating temperature, heating time can be set according to the process requirements, and the heating plate can be adjusted according to the material width.
